As I picked out my soy at the supermarket this weekend, I wasn't thinking a lot about the Health Benefits Of Soy, but how nicely they would taste in the recipe I was using.  You'd be surprised at the benefits that the soy offers.  These health benefits are mainly coming form the quality of the soyproteins and form the isoflavones genistein and daidzein. Soy beans are rich source of protein, including all essential amino acids (the only such vegetable source). Soy beans are also a rich source of calcium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, magnesium, B-vitamins, omega 3 fatty acids and fiber.
Soy Consumption Effects On Human Health: 
1) It improves bone health. Replacing animal protein with soy protein may help to prevent calcium loss from the bones. Soy protein plays an important function for the bones, heart and arteries.
2) Soy lowers blood cholesterol when it is combined with a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol.
3) Researchers show that Soy relieves menopausal symptoms caused by low estrogen levels. Also, soy protein may help reduce the risk of heart disease, another major concern after menopause.
